If I do 3 sets of 10, bicep curls, using 30 pound dumbbells, is it worth doing 3 sets of 10 hammer curls with 20pound dumbbells afterwards? Sometimes I can't do it with 30s cause I'm too tired.
But If I use the lower weight won't that just tire me out only or be more like endurance for me rather then gaining size?
