I'm raging hard /fit/. I made a post last week about hitting a fat loss plateau..and my first weigh-in of the month...I'm 2lbs heavier. I really don't know where the fuck this weight is coming from. Steadily going up 1-2lbs a week.

Started to notice I was going trucrypt mode and decided to start lifting again. Keep my protein at 1g/lb, carbs are usually ~100 a day. Try and keep a 40p/30f/30c ratio.
I've been on a steady weight loss for about a year now, and this past month I slammed into a wall. Started to incorporate SS last month, eat at a 500 cal deficit, cardio on off days. I am out of ideas. I've tried upping the cardio to everyday (light on ss days), increased my deficit by another 250 (eating around 1650 a day ((TDEE is >3000)).
I really don't know what else to do. I figured my body is near ideal weight (218 apparently is my ideal weight) but I need to get rid of this fat. Still at ~20%..want to get to 12-14%. I doubt the weight gain is muscle because I eat at a deficit..and I've only been lifting for a month now...can't be that much of a gain yet.
Any suggestions? I've spent the last few weeks researching and trial-erroring and so far I've gotten nowhere :(
