First, yes, I have read the sticky.

I am looking to use summer to get some muscles. I am currently 5' 10" 130 and skinny fat.

I am thinking about doing GOMAD with SS.

Opinions?

GOMAD will cause massive fat gains and frogmode. What you need is to keep bf% at 12% tops and gain muscle, since you don`t have time for a bulk and a cut.

Just go 500 cals over maintenance and dive into protein.
