im 5'7 114.. Ive been skinny all my life and I know i could eat a little more but I dont know what to eat! im always out eating mcdonalds or carls jr because I dont know what to make at home that has enough calories for my goal (2500-3000) right now i bet i take like 1600..

What can I do to help me gain weight? I would like to be atleast 130 I bet I would look much better if I was fuller.. I also havent excercised in years due to panic attacks but I want to start again, I just dont know what to do.. lol can anyone help? :P
