simple question: how did it feel? i've been lifting seriously for 4 months now and i'm at 175x4 @ 145 lbs. bodyweight. my goal is to get 225 for 1 rep by the end of the year, and i'm pretty sure i'm gonna start crying if i can do it
sorry but i don't really care if you were benching 225 as a fat as fatass because doing it as a skinny is an accomplishment
