I have wrist issues which need healing for another two months, so upper body is something I really can't do for a bit, but I'm running two miles a day with a 200-500 calorie deficit diet, plenty of water, protein, meat, and veggies/fruits. Also doing legs/abs about every other day since I can't do upper body
