I hate cardio. Only because of that pain/burn it leaves to my chest 20 seconds after I start.
What cardio can I do at home that is forgiving for beginners?
I tried jumping rope and it is ridiculously difficult, even to do one full jump.
Are these exercises on the pictures good for cardio at home? Maybe also the small step?
Do we really need cardio? I do lift 3 times a week.
