I felt my traps were sore as fuck the day after I first did cleans etc, but for some reason it got harder to do squats and when looking in the mirror I didn't see any major changes happen with my traps as well, didn't get bigger, in fact it seemed they only got smaller by the time.
Never know if this would've been avoided if I could've gone heavy with my cleans, can't drop weights since no oly floor and/or bumper plates so I had to cut them from my routine.
