Hey I don't know if this is the right place for this, but I guess mental health is part of health, right? Anyway what are some good ways of dealing with extreme blinding rage? Don't worry, I'm not in any danger of hurting anyone. It's caused by phone conversations with someone. But they make me so angry I can't even think straight.
