Sup /fit/izens? I'm looking for some critique on my workout.
- been doing the p90x for about a year now.
- not really following teh program, but try to do upper-body vid monday. and friday, legs wednesday, and abs as well as 6:50 one mile run tuesday and thursday.
- Have gotten decent results that I'm happy with.
- Might follow the strict 90 day program when semester is over.
Question: Should I continue with my program, or should I change?
Option1: Continue P90x (most convenient)
Option2: Apartment complex has gym full of machines I could use (kinda convent).
Option3: Drive to campus gym at 5:00 (when parking opens up) and do dem squatz n stuff (not convenient at all).
Looking for any advice, why is p90x good/bad, anything else I should know, etc. Thanks!
