So i went to a PT today to get my form looked at due to deadlift back soreness and he told me my core was weak, and that is why my back would be sore. basicaly, do sumo deadlifts and leg presses instead of squats untill my core is stronger.

i was okay with this up untill he handed me a workout regime, it goes as follows:

>MONDAY
Warmup leg extentions 2x20
Legpress 5x5-8
Weighted lunges 5x8-12
Leg extentions 5x8-12
Leg curl 5x8-12

>WEDNESDAY
Warmup flys 2x20
Benchpress 5x5-8
Chestpress 5x8-12
