woke up yesterday 9am ate a cup of oats, with a cup of water, several scoops of whey powder. felt bloated awhile (7hours). did some bp sets anyway. ate can of tuna. did barbell rows. ate chicken alfredo, corn, cottage cheese, peice of bread, water all day, heard osama died. got invited to go out drinking to celebrate? question friends. contemplate life. realize friend was actually just using whatever excuse to go drink. not huge fitness freak/diet freak. go drinking with friend. get bought gin, whiskey, water all night, snacked on cashews. bar closes 2:30am finally getting tired. go to only open eating establishment in town because female friend asked if im hungry and im not going to pussy out. get bought reuben sandwhich, curly fries. eat it all, more water, cup of coffee for ensueing continued but almost forgotten workout for the day. get home, 5am? tired. more barbell rows. all sets of squats. lurk /fit/ several more hours. 9am...so tired...
tldr I failed at resting. totally worth it
