>>7223778Doesn't really require other people. I've been doing it for about 2 years now. There's actually a group in my area, but it's mostly younger(16-20 year olds) people. I train almost entirely by myself, but meet up with them occasionally. They're more into the free running side of things, while I consider myself a traceur. Check out
americanparkour.com for some tutorials to learn the basics... the rest is just playing, figuring out what works, and building confidence. Remember, safety first. Especially if you're training on your own.
