Hey, I've Started going to the gym and have put together a routine which suits what I like to use and could easily follow it three times a week.

bench press x 8 x 4
leg press X 8 x 4
chest push x 8 x 4 - machine cuz like it better
upward push x 8 x 4 - machine cuz like it better
barbell curl x 8 x 4
barbell row x8 x 4
chin up X 10 x 4

Monday would be the heavy day

tuesday - 10% less

Wednesday 20% less
