Please diagnose me /fit/.

I'm a 250lb shutin. No exercise other than occasionally getting up to change over game discs. Pretty much a housebound sloth.

I decided to change this a couple of weeks ago. Eating better (dropped 12lbs so far).

Problem is, I'm trying to exercise but getting terrible ankle pain. Even when walking for 5-10mins the outside of both ankles tighten up pretty badly and there's quite a lot of pain. They're very tight/almost hard to the touch.

When I rest, the pain goes away and the tightness/swelling subsides - usually within a few minutes.

From Googling, maybe Achilles tendinitis? Maybe my mass is just too much for my ankles?
