I just wanted to say thanks /fit. Id been stalling on my lifts for a little while and I finally took your advice and just started eating like a crazy motherfucker. If I didnt feel slightly physically ill after a meal then I hadnt eaten enough. I just made LMAO 3PLATE!!one!!11 on my deadlift today.
