Couple of complete noob questions:
1: am I better off doing 1 or 2 reps of BW chin ups, or the full 8 assisted (obviously with enough weight to nearly fail on the 8th)?
2: using this plan from the sticky: newbie-fitness.blogspot DOT com/2006/12/rippetoes-starting-strength.html it says "daily accessory work" - does this mean I add these exercises to workout A and B (aka 3 times a week) or every day except the rest day (6 times)?
