I don't work out a lot and on Saturday I think I worked my legs too hard.
On Sunday I pretty much couldn't walk.
It's Monday and I don't feel they're getting much better too quickly. I had to go to uni today and I looked really embarassing hobbling everwhere like an old man.
How the fuck do I get rid of all this lactic acid/muscle ache/destroyed tissue/whatever it is?
