Hey /fit/
I go to the gym around 4 to 5 times a week depending on how much i have to work / socialize. Been going for a few months now, and am stepping up how much im lifting.
The problem is though, on things like shoulder shrugs and bicep curls, my hands are giving out before what ever the muscle is im trying to work on. By this i mean either the weight starts to pry my hands open, or they just cant physically hold onto the bar. So i guess my question is, is there a decent way to increase your grip?

tl:dr; I need a way to increase my grip strength
