Ah well, it's their life. I'm thankful though that here fatties don't blame genetics, and most of them acknowledge that it's their lack of self control that led to them becoming fat as fatass. It's still considered very insensitive to make concerned remarks about them though, and trying to offer them help.

OP here. I may as well confess this. I actually read about the cinnamon and honey drink at a different website, and used it during my first month or two of weight loss. Stumbled onto /fit/ soon enough though, and cut that shit out. So it was only HALF a lie.

Ive been doing sports all my life so I was in good shape but i wanted to get ripped, work for better definition and gain a few pounds. After a few years I had gained 30 pounds and I was very happy with the results. Never got any reaction from any friends or chicks. My ex gf just didnt care about my gains, probably didnt want to boost my ego or something. My sister was the only person who at least acknowledged that i got fit. Probably, because I dont see her too often. Feels bad man.
