Good morning /fit/. Pic related (not me), I'm around 13%bf now or so at 185lbs and want to get down to a good 8% or so. I've read the sticky but I just have like 2 questions about cutting that I can't find anywhere. I just want to know if I have the right idea for cutting (have been on 2yr permabulk)

>Do I change up what I'm doing as far as sets or reps? (currently doing Jim Wendler's 5/3/1) I work out for strength but I just want to cut down and hopefully maintain most of it.
>Should I just do cardio (I barely do any as it is) 3x a week and keep working with weights 4x a week all while keeping my calories at 2700 or so (bmr is about 3000) and getting enough protein?
