Good morning /fit/. Pic related (not me), I'm around 13%bf now or so at 185lbs and want to get down to a good 8% or so. I've read the sticky but I just have like 2 questions about cutting that I can't find anywhere. I just want to know if I have the right idea for cutting (have been on 2yr permabulk)
