Hi /fit/izens, I have just committed to eating healthy and losing weight, and I would greatly appreciate any info pics or advice on healthy meals I can make for myself. My starting height and weight is 6'6 and 115kg, which is about 260 lb.

I am doing medium to high intensity cardio sessions 4 times a week (Aussie Rules training, Basketball), and I am planning to get a gym membership in the next month.

What I understand so far, is that I should eat lots of protein, and good sources are eggs, chicken, turkey. I should also eat lots of vegies. For the past week or so I have been eating mainly salads with chicken breast or turkey, and only eating bread before my cardio sessions to keep my energy up. I have also cut out all fast foods and soda, however i dont plan on cutting out alcohol because I am a uni student and would like to have a life.

My goal is to get down to around 95-100kgs by about 6 months time.
