/fit/ brothers: Should I do more cardio or lift more weights? I have gone from 250 to 218 over 6 months by lifting 2-3 times/week (lots of squatz and compound lifts) and lots of cardio too. Eating 30+ percent protein and 400 calorie deficit and have gained some muscle. Lately it has been harder to continue progress with lifts and weight loss, have been tired.
