/fit/ brothers: Should I do more cardio or lift more weights? I have gone from 250 to 218 over 6 months by lifting 2-3 times/week (lots of squatz and compound lifts) and lots of cardio too. Eating 30+ percent protein and 400 calorie deficit and have gained some muscle. Lately it has been harder to continue progress with lifts and weight loss, have been tired. Goal is general fitness, want to get to 175 and be lean. Also oldfag here -- forties. Don't really want to bulk and cut, not looking to look like scoobie or have beach muscles at my age. What do?

tl;dr: can oldfag be /fit/ and attain ottermode?
