So fit, has anybody here ever created a very small gym with basic equipment for friends and relatives? say 20-30 people? I mean like a couple squat racks, few benches, oly bars, dumbell set etc. I was thinking to rent a small ground floor location and give it a go. anybody know about business rates, health and safety, food permits, insurance and all that sort of thing?
