Pulled an all nighter tonight, it's now 7 am. Partly because I could not fall asleep, now I just want to fix my sleeping schedule by going to bed early tonight.

Anyway I worked out the last several days and have DOMS everywhere. How fucked is my recovery? Should I take an extra rest day tomorrow?
