hey guys, this is me 3 weeks ago, i have started using clenbuterol, (or how ever u spell it) i am about to start my second 2 week cycle, but 2 weeks after that, i have lined up to get some sustanon 250. now heres my question. i spend 1 hour a day, 5-6 days a week in the gym, 20 mins on a tred mill, 10 mins on my abs and the rest of the time on free weights doing my arms chest and back. once i start the sust 250 should i be spending more or less time in the gym?
