Recently I've started SS (3 weeks into the program) and I am struggling with the Squats. I have a strange feeling in my coccyx because of them. It is definitely not pain and i wouldn't define it as soreness either. Is this normal? Or should I worry about it?
I have not any old injury in my back nor legs, and I could squat more weight (I am just cautious because of that 'feeling').
