Is it possible to get a full workout that will exercise all my body.. without equipment?

I'm a real poorfag.

also tips for alternative DIY equipment could help. (e.g make your own weights or use the doorframe instead of a pullup bar).

I know I'm gonna get a lot of flaming, but Im pretty poor and the money I have is needed for food and bills.

ideas please?

as mentioned before you can do pullups on doorframes.

You can still do pushups, situps, stomach crunches ect. And ofcourse you can go running at any time you wish.

I'm not sure how you'd train your biceps though OP. Im quite the newfag here though.

Im not subscribed to anything online. I'm pretty much friendless irl so I need internet to keep my sanity.

Also, /fit/ and /adv/ are my only hopes right now as I'm pretty weak-willed.

yeah.. biceps are probably the main problem. Also, Im not sure doorframes would work in my place because they are thin so only my fingertips can grab it.

Its probably possible but if I over-did it it could crush my fingers.

Get a pull up bar or just find something you can hang on. Then look up some bodyweight excercises. Be sure to work your core, too.

my problem with full contact is I would need to join a club to do that. Clubs cost money.

You could fill bottles with water, sand or small stones and use them as dumbbells.
You can use an old cable as a skipping rope.
You can use a table to do-pull ups.
Be creative, there'S a lot more you can do without spending any or very few money.

Check thrift stores for weights. I got an interchangeable pair that go up to 50 lbs. each for $10.
Fill up a backpack with books or water bottles or anything heavy. Pistol squats. Burpees. Planks.
