Hey fit,

I'd like to add some hypertrophy stuff to my SS routine.

I'd like to add stuff that would hit lats, delts (atleast side and rear), chest (to add in conjunction with bench), and probably bis/tris

What exercises would you recommend? I was probably going to throw in a row or two of some sort since I can't do pull ups btw.
