hey fit, what's the best fat burner out there?
just finished arson, meh results.
taking lipo6 black now.
thoughts?

Arson, Lipo6 reg and black, razor ripped, hydroxycut, xenadrines....which one is best?

pretty sure they make bronkaid that is ephedra free, and that's what gets sold here

the website told me cvs doesn't carry bronkaid at all near me, but I haven't ever actually looked

I'm currently taking OxyElite Pro. I like it and I get decent results for a "fat burner". I've taken it once before and one of my friends lost 20lbs taking one cycle of it.

Are any of these legal? I don;t think they sell them on base. maybe my turkish counterparts can get them for me. as long as they wont get me screwed on drug tests, I'm game.

I do cardio, but running fucking kills my legs. shin splints and shit.

what are your short term results? I don't care about weight at the moment, I just need to lose a few more inches in a few weeks. 3 inches preferred, 5 would be best.

haven't lifted in a while, because working on pushups and situps, mostly eliptical, I know it doesnt do shit, but it gets my heart rate up to burn calories. which has been working so far. 10 lbs shed in a month or so. I try to sprint when I'm antsy but can only do it for a lap or so before my shins give out.

our test contains 1 minute pushups and situps, which I can do fine.
Cardio of 1.5 mile run in under 13 minutes, which i wont be able to do, 1.0 walk for waivers like me has to be done under 15:00 at under 155 heart rate...
need to get under a 39 inch waist to not be automatic failure. at close to 40 right now.
my bench max was 250, deadlift 315. machine squat 750. leg press 1000.
want to get back on it, but need to pass this bullshit first. lost so much muscle.

also, Dana Dearmond is the best

Why are you guys telling him to get bronkaid? Bronkaid contains Ephedrine Sulfate, ECA stack uses Ephedrine HCL (Hydrochloride). Get Primatene instead, It's over the counter and contains HCL. You'll be I.D.'d though. Don't get me wrong, bronkaid works just not as well

Bronkaid is fine. Don't get caught up in the sulfate/HCL shit. Bronkaid also comes in higher doses for the same price.

I work my ass off at least 4-5 times a week. granted sometimes its only for 30-60 minutes depending on what time it is and cafeteria closes shortly after i finish, I've cut calories like a mofo, high protein breakfast, was eating egg white omelettes for 3 months with little results, switched to whole eggs for better taste and same/better results. ate as much fruit as i could get. eat vegetables as a side, cut bread out recently, calories are definately under 2000 a day.
