i take adderall and get shit done, i got my prescription. i take about 40 mg a day, just because i went through a period when i was bumping it up constnantly and i always ran out, it got expensive, and my sleep habits were fucked.

now i take a 'normal dose' enough to feel the good effects, but i don't feel speedy anymore, however on the bright side i don't run out, and my sleep is fine. sometimes i miss the feeling of high doses though but it's just not worth it
