I'd like to lose some weight and get fit at last because I been gaining weight again for like the last 4 years, what kind of sucks to be honest.
I've always been a fat child and high school girl, but was down to like 10st 2 (5ft 7) when I was 18 (without doing sports, but that won't work anymore I am afraid *lol*).
Actual weight today (age of 24) is 13st 5 give or take a few pounds.
I've been reading a lot already but have the feeling that the stuff I read is actually more for men than women and as I know that women don't "work" the same as men do I'd like to ask for advice here - maybe some other femanons here are able to help me :)
