Hi /fit/. I'm a female who's trying to start lifting weights. I want to look good. I squat about 50kg, 3x5, 4 days a week. That's it. Sometimes I do OHP, bench presses and deadlifts but I don't have a set routine. What will my body look like if I stick to doing this?

Where can I find a good routine for dem aesthetics? Are things like SS and 5x5 good for me?
