Hey /fit/, need some advice.
I'm going to be playing baseball in college this fall, but I'm pretty out of shape due to a pretty bad hip flexor injury that i sustained during my last high school baseball season. I'm trying to get back into shape now and pick up where I left off, but I really don't have a good workout plan.
I've read the damn sticky, but I'm specifically looking for a pitching-based style of workout. Shit that focused on important pitcher stuff such as Explosion training, core work, leg strength, and overall stamina.
Can the baseball and athletefags of /fit/ either help me devise a workout routine or link me to one? I'm going to be working out pretty much everyday, with a few bullpens, games, and rest days thrown in.
