on a carb up day i just put complex carbs ie: oats, brown rice, whole weat pasta in all of my meals except 5 and 6, and i eat 8 oz cause i weigh 200 plus if you are less then that say 190 eat 7oz never go below 4oz, this will get you shredded in a few months if you are consistent
