2 yrs ago (this is few yrs after i lost most weight i just wanted to look good) I we on a starvation diet(not a huge one) where I ate ok bfast and then a decent dinner and thats all. maybe 1k cals a day. i did shitty cheating sit ups and push ups daily and had a defined 6pack and pecs etc (still had huge nips but whatever fuck it i cant change it..) i was about 143 lbs
now I am 145 have started working out for a month or so and seen increase in arm muscle (more noticable to me than others) and FELT a huge ab increase. But i look skinny fatter than ever. sorta bigger arms but moobs like all hell and stomach rolls. I only take in 1500-2000 cals, lots of protein ( i read sticky etc). Im only 145 too so its like, theres more muscle mass there than ever. wtf this is annoying
