Would you reccomend a 5 day split or a 3day full body like ss (training mainly for aesthetics)

Squat 3x5 220lbs
Bench 3x8 176lbs
Dead 3x5 330lbs
OHP 3x8 110lbs
Pull ups 3x8 with 15kg dumbell between legs
(Squats are weeeeeak because I have never trained my legs as last gym didn't have squat rack/power cage)
