So I'm new to weightlifting and I heard the amount of reps in a set decide how your muscles develop..

1-5 reps is for pure strength, with little or no increase in mass.
6-12 reps is how you gain mass, as well as some strength
13-20 reps increases endurance and the capacity of the blood-vessels, with minimal mass and strength increase.

This true?
