creatine is an amazing supplement, as long as you take it correctly, drink enough fluids, and ofc keep a normal diet.. I never had an issue with acne when i took it, but it wouldnt hurt getting some treatment washes from your local walmart or whichever.. Not bad for your health as your body already creates it, with you taking it, it simples ups your production of ATP-PC which you need for your Anarobic type of lifts, which most lifting is anarobic.. Give it a shot, stay true to it, see some damn good results.
