Having 3 workouts a week, changing between these two workouts. I will be doing A on monday, B on wednesday, A on friday, B on monday and so on..
Workout A
Deadlift - 5x5
Bent-over Row - 5x5
military Press - 5x5
Workout B
Squat - 5x5
Bench Press - 5x5
Pull up's - 2@ max
I haven't noted the weight since I'm still working on form and I don't really know my max other than bench press, which is 50kg
This an okay setup, too short maybe?
