long story short, I got some random ass back pain Friday evening and couldn't go anywhere or do anything. Today is monday, my back feels pretty decent.

Should I go on with my squatzzzz today as planned?

yeah ill probably take it easy on squats today, friday sucked bad.

On a similar topic - is there a generally accepted stretching, warmup and recovery routine that people use? I remember being shown the foam rollers at my gym, but I'm pretty ass at using them
