can't go any lower than parallel on squats. Not even bodyweight squats or anything, if I ever go down lower than parallel, I just fall on my ass.
Anything I can do to improve on this?
For the moment I just try to put as much weight on while going parallel so I can make my quads stronger for when I'll do it the proper way :(
