Sup /fit/? Need some advice.

I'm 25, 5'1" (scoliosis + titanium plates on spine = shortfag for life), 115 pounds, and I have palsy that has deformed my right hand (see pic - my posture is shit due to my crooked spine and having a weaker right-side of body overall)

Recently started exercising and eating healthy, feeling good but want to round things out. I can't lift properly with my right hand, so barbells are out. Max I can curl with my right is 20 pounds at like 12-15 reps at a time. Gym has a chest press machine that I can do like 50-60 pounds on.

Since I know most of this is just in the belief that I CAN and WILL develop muscle, what can I do to achieve a better chest/shoulders/back safely? I'm pretty much on track everywhere else, cardio, leg presses, etc. Biked 7.6 miles in 30 minutes today :D
