So I've been following BTGB (Building the Gymnastic Body) for about 8 weeks now, just started doing the Workout of the Day's on the website. Now I know not all of you are gymnasts, but there is a huge and crazy informative section on nutrition. And I know ALL of you could benefit from this. So here:
