A 23-foot, helium-filled model of a desert island is hovering somewhere in the troposphere after vandals cut the art piece loose. The floating piece, called Is Land" was slated to appear at the Burning Man festival in August. Meteorological data place its current whereabouts somewhere over the Czech Republic.
