3 eggs
1 tsp butter/margerine
salt TT

Melt butter over medium high heat
scramble eggs (at a restaurant you want to strain the white chord, not the egg white, from the eggs but fuck it. It's just your sister)
Cook eggs being sure to push cooked egg towards center and let the uncooked egg take its place
once the eggs are almost done you can flip the ommolette to cook the uncooked egg on top
add cheese, meat, veggies whatever.
