So I try to login to my Router today, and notice the password and username I've set for it no longer works. I naturally perform a factory reset, but I am uncertain to the cause of the sudden change.

Does /g/ have any ideas on what could be behind this, and what precautions I should take? I've already spychecked with Spybot, performing a virus sweep right now.
