ntldr is missing

so im trying to install W7 ultimate 64 bit wich i downloaded from tpb and transferred to my 16 gb usb stick using unetbootin but i get the error message"ntldr is missing".
anyone with a solution?

-boot priority is set to usb
-i`m using a wired keyboard
-mobo: asus p8p67

The problem is you can't boot off the USB stick, yeah?

Open up a command prompt and goto the USB drive. cd into the boot directory and use bootsect.exe to rewrite the boot sector on the USB stick. Can't remember the exact syntax, something to the effect of bootsect /nt52 G: (for example, if G: was the USB drive). Then try booting off it.
