I don't know. I mean, when I was in high school I've asked a few teachers how much teachers tend to make a year, and $45000 sounds like they have some serious fucking tenure. Who the fuck would quit that? Besides, if you're a fucking music teacher, you're not going to be spending as much time grading papers so you can always do the fucking web design on spare time.

TL;DR this stupidity is repeated a couple of times and she reveals that she's pretty much spent all of her money on macs, selling her car to buy the latest iMac. I ask the shop assistant if that concerns him even a little, he just shrugs 'Not my fault.'

Also one time another friend of mine bought vista ultimate for way too much money (well above RRP) and realised his computer wouldn't run it, so he bought a new computer with vista ultimate preinstalled. Whatthefuck.

a better question is the following
why the fuck would anyone get a bachelors and then a MASTERS just for the luxury of making $45k/yr dealing all day every day with a classroom full of tone deaf, annoying, disgusting children

when they could just get a bachelors of computer science (or any 'real' science) and make $50-$60k right out of college?

Better question: why did she need to buy a computer in 2007? Surely everyone who isn't senile or homeless, especially someone capable of going into web design, would already have owned a computer in 2007.
