Hello /g/, I have a build-your-own-computer challenge, but this one is a bit different.

Budget is not that much of an issue (the cheaper the better, but this comes from the company account):

* As small as possible (not a regular tower)
* CPU must be AMD64/EM64T, preferably with AES-NI
* Only basic internal storage, 10GiB or so is enough
* Integrated wifi, draft-n or above
* Gigabit ethernet
* Low power use (as low as possible, but will run on AC power. Also needs to support ACPI)
* Silent, preferably passive cooling only
* GPU can be whatever, as long as it has a framebuffer
* Will be stationary, so does not need any fancy vibration/shock prevention stuff
